Shipping/Handling Charges
Shipping
Because of some problems we have had with regular mail delivery recently, we are now shipping orders over $30 via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. This means faster delivery and trackable orders. Orders under $30 are still sent by regular letter mail. International orders will be shipped via Canada Post International Airmail unless requested otherwise.
The following shipping charges apply to orders shipped within Canada. Shipping charges for international orders will be individually determined and checked with customers before sending.

We ship seeds to Canada and to those countries that do not require a phytosanitary certificate for importing. Please determine if your country requires these certificates.

Okay, we don’t actually have "operators standing by" but we do take phone orders. Call us at 905-786-2388, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 - 4:00 and we’d be pleased to help you.
Please note: Our current time for processing orders is approximately 7 - 10 business days.
Condition of Seed
We go to significant lengths to ensure that our seed is of the highest quality and we guarantee all our seed. Should by any chance, however, you experience a problem, please send the seed package back to us with an explanatory note, and we will gladly replace the seed if possible, or substitute another variety. As is customary in the seed trade, our warranty is limited to the price of the seed package, and not to any resulting crop. We do not knowingly sell any genetically-modified seed (GMO).
